Water(depends on how much you're making)
1.Boil some water in a pot and bring it to a boil.
2.Pour a bit of fufu and water in a bowl and mix till you have a smooth,not too thick solution
3.Stir the solution into the boiling water and allow to come to a boil
4.Pour in some more fufu powder and stir with the ladle till it feels like dough(Turn down the heat @ this point)
5.Take pot off of the burner ,fire,stove,cooker or water ever source of heat you're using(It's alive!just kidding,your fufu is done)
6.Serve this with any African soup(that is soups intended to be eaten with fufu)
Hint:Scoop fufu out of pot before it cools down and pour some water in pot so it doesn't stick and it's easier to wash.
Did I mention Step 2 helps avoid lumps in fufu?Pros would skip this step and pour the fufu directly into the boiling water but I assume people looking @ this recipe have not attained that status yet.
