1.Wash your rice
2. Boil your rice in a rice cooker or in a good old pot till almost done
3.Blend tomatoes,onions,pepper(I add the paste to this after I start blending)
3.Heat some oil in a pot and pour in some chopped onion
5.Stir in the blended tomatoes ET AL;Fry till done
6.Pour in the stock and bullion
7.Add salt to taste
8.Bring to a boil then,pour in you almost done rice(turn down the heat,I advice that you don't stir at this point to avoid burning but if you must stir,take pot off the stove.
9.Allow rice the cook on medium heat till done.
10.Dish jollof rice and dig in.
